Finca Candela is a coffee farm with a rich family tradition that began in the 1960s. Starting in 1970, John Fillis pioneered the cultivation of high-quality coffee by improving plant varieties. Today, this legacy of dedication and respect for the land is preserved and kept alive by Juan Gregorio Fillis.
